These medicinal properties of plants are due to certain chemical substances present in them, which have a specific effect on the functions of the human body. Neem

Neem is very important from medicinal point of view. It is commonly found in India and Pakistan. Almost all parts of the plant like leaves, stems, flowers, fruits etc. are used. The leaves of the plant are digestive, carminative and expectorant and disinfectant. It is also used as a pesticide. Neem stem pieces have been used in India as a datoun since ancient times.
