How to Care Croton Plant
Always keep the croton plant in a place that receives light sunlight. If the plant does not get sunlight at all, it causes the color of its leaves to become lighter. Whenever you plant a croton plant or bring it from the nursery, always take care of its soil. This plant likes sandy soil more. If you planted your plant in clay soil, you should change its soil. One thing should always be kept in mind while planting a plant, it is very important to have a hole for water to drain under the pot in which you are planting your croton plant.

These plants do not require much fertilizer. If you put manure in the pot even once in 4 to 5 months, then it is enough for this. The croton plant never needs much water. The plant should not be watered until the soil of the pot becomes almost dry. Its roots start getting damaged by giving too much water.

Apart from the problem of leaves falling in the croton plant, the problem of easily collecting dust in the leaves is also seen. The leaves need to be kept clean and free from dust to avoid spoilage of its leaves. For this, gently wipe the leaves with a damp cloth twice a month. You can also clean the dust off the leaves by filling a spray bottle with water.
